About Phillip
Phillip Jimenez has been a cornerstone of the 746 Sports Foundation since its inception in 2018, playing a pivotal role in helping bring the organization to life. A former college athlete, where he played Football and Basketball. Phillip has always carried a deep passion for the love of sports and the impact it can have on young people.
He currently serves as the District Manager for the Shafter Recreation and Park District, where he continues to create opportunities for community engagement, senior adults, and youth development. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping programs that give kids a place to grow, compete, and belong.
Phillip previously served as President of the 746 Sports Foundation for many years and recently transitioned into the role of Vice President, where he remains heavily involved in guiding the organization’s mission and future.
In addition to his professional and leadership roles, Phillip is also an Assistant Coach for the Shafter High School Varsity Boys Basketball team, where he continues to mentor and develop young athletes both on and off the court.
His commitment to youth, community, and athletics are at the heart of everything he does, and it continues to drive the impact of the 746 Sports Foundation.
