What's Wrong with Penelope and Lenny?

Penelope and Lenny are siblings who arrived with Homeward Trails shortly after being born. While their siblings have thrived, something's just not quite right with these two pups. As they've grown their symptoms have been more obvious - their gait remains wobbly and they seem to lack coordination. Penelope seems to be significantly visually impaired or blind. Lenny recently had a seizure-like episode and Penelope has a pronounced head tilt. They need to see a neurologist to get to the bottom of what's going on and to help formulate a plan - but we can't do it without your support.
