AHHA's vision focuses on affordable housing for all and its long-term plan includes model community-led tiny home villages here in Humboldt County. In the meantime, a mobile Care-A-Van operates in Eureka, Arcata, and McKinleyville providing three restrooms each with hot showers. The services also offer information and referral to varied programs and housing providers, hygiene supplies for self-care, fresh clothing for all seasons - head to toe, prepared lunches food, and much more. AHHA is also on the frontline of advocacy for basic human rights in Humboldt County.
