Cancer, a word you don't want to hear. We have all heard it whether its from family, friends or your self. We have all lost friends or family to cancer. Some way to to soon in life. Monies from Challenge to Conquer Cancer fund research and help patients and families fighting this disease with different programs. One such advancement is KEYTRUDA, a immunotherapy drug that is used to fight 18 different cancers. One such cancer is melanoma, which Milton, my husband, was diagnosed with in 2022. Before KEYTRUDA there was nothing to treat melamona if it had spread to your lymph nodes.
My 2 sisters have had cancer as we lost our dad to cancer. The picture above are the sleeves that Milton wears with the names of friends and family that we ride for. In Honor are the people that are fighting cancer and in Memory are the ones we have lost to cancer.
