Calm is teachable. Safe Roots brings free, high-quality parenting classes and live workshops to schools so every caregiver can raise confident, emotionally secure, respectful kids — no barriers to access. 

Sessions run in person or virtual, and extend to workplaces, community groups, and faith communities. 

For deeper support, families receive group/private coaching, toolkits, and play-based resources. Schools can host a Read-for-Calm family read-a-thon to boost literacy and fund services locally and abroad.
