Oreo is just a baby at 1 year old, a sweet pup who should be curled up in a warm home, but instead he sits in a lonely rural Virginia shelter. His own family gave him up, leaving him confused and heartbroken, wondering what he did wrong. Now homeless, Oreo spends his days behind bars, listening to the sounds of other scared dogs around him. His young life has already been marked by loss, and without help, he faces an uncertain future. Homeward Trails wants to give Oreo the second chance he deserves, but we can’t do it without your help.
