Change the World

To me, Change Today Change Tomorrow is about power. But not the kind of power that comes from wealth, titles, or influence over others. True power comes from people—people who share a common vision, align around common goals, and are willing to work together to create lasting change. That is what CTCT is building: a community of people who recognize that our greatest strength has always been each other.

Many people recognize that power has remained unchecked in the hands of those who use it to serve themselves. Fewer are willing to openly confront the realities we face, and even fewer are willing to take meaningful action by building the systems, relationships, and institutions necessary to create a different future. Change Today Change Tomorrow exists to close that gap by transforming awareness into action and action into lasting community power.

Every day, we work toward recognizing where power exists, attaining the power needed to shape our own future, disrupting systems that concentrate power in the hands of a few, and redistributing that power back to the people. We reject the idea that power should be used to exploit, divide, or silence others. Instead, we believe power should be used to uplift, unite, and create opportunities for everyone to thrive.

True power is rooted in sovereignty—the ability for people and communities to determine their own future. It is strengthened through ownership of our land, resources, institutions, and collective destiny. And it is sustained by grace: the humility to lead with compassion, the wisdom to listen, and the commitment to build alongside one another rather than above one another.

This is the power that CTCT seeks to cultivate. Not power over people, but power for the people. A power that is shared, accountable, and rooted in the belief that when communities organize, own, and lead together, they become unstoppable.
