An estimated 120 million diapers are needed each year to meet the needs of children living in low-income households across Tennessee. That's the challenge—and Team Challenge is how our community comes together to help close the gap.
A reliable supply of diapers does more than keep babies clean and healthy—it helps parents maintain employment, pursue their education, and access childcare with confidence. When families have their basic needs met, they can focus on building financial stability and creating brighter futures for their children.
Research also shows that every $1 invested in diaper distribution creates $2 in savings for communities through reduced healthcare costs and increased wages for working parents.
Every diaper and dollar collected through Team Challenge helps closed Tennessee's diaper gap, giving children the essentials they need while empowering parents to work, learn, and build brighter futures.
