Team Paw-It-Forward is made up of both front-line and behind-the-scenes staff at York County SPCA. We are the people you meet when you walk through our doors, call for assistance, and the ones working in the background to keep our mission moving forward.

Every day, compassion and hard work guides the work we do. We assist with animal intakes, help reunite lost pets with their families, provide pet food to those facing financial hardship, process dog licenses, and support community members during some of their most difficult moments.

At the same time, our team also plays a vital role behind the scenes by helping to organize events, provide marketing and outreach efforts, and help to bring in donations that make our lifesaving work possible.

We experience it all. The hard days that weigh heavy on our hearts and the unforgettable moments that remind us why we do this work. From seeing a scared pet find a loving home, a family reunited with their lost companion, or an animal finally receiving the medical care they desperately need.

As Team Paw-It-Forward, we believe in paying kindness forward—not just for animals, but for the people who love them. Every act of support creates a ripple effect of compassion throughout our community.

We are an eclectic group of individuals with big hearts, bright smiles, and a shared passion for helping animals and the people who love them.

During this Give Local York, we’re asking for your support! When you give, you’re helping us paw it forward by providing food, shelter, medical care, and resources that keep pets in loving homes and out of shelters.

💛🐾💚 Together, we can continue to paw it forward—one act of kindness at a time.💛🐾💚
