Rajah needs help !

Hi every my puppy Rajah got off his leash and got in the Russ last night and was hit by a driver. He has multiple broken bones in his pelvis and his bladder wall has rupture he needs emergency surgery. I have used all the money I have to keep him alive and stable.  He’s a 10 month old boxer Pug. I rescued him after he was lost in the snow storm. We love him so much
