Sponsor the Library's German Gala - Booktoberfest

The South Butler Community Library's primary, annual fundraising event is our 8th Booktoberfest, a German Gala on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Typical sponsorship amounts are $150, $250, $500, $1,000, with Elite sponsorships of $7,500 and 1 Signature sponsorship of $10,000.  Sponsorships show your support of the library's year-round free events, programs, and services for everyone in the community.  While our library is rooted in literacy, our role as a community center contributes to strong connections between individuals while they learn from each other, learn from experts in the community, and support each other during their time together.  

Donating raffle items or raffle baskets is also an option for those who want to support the free events, programs, and services offered by our library.  Beginning in August we offer a Basket Raffle to the community which is drawn at Booktoberfest.  Baskets for the raffle are donated by the community, from both businesses and individuals.
