1. Executive Summary

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) seeks 5,000 USD to expand its online Global Leadership Development (GLD) Program. This currently underfinanced initiative empowers young adults from underserved communities worldwide by providing leadership skills, global awareness, and practical tools for community engagement. The acquired funding will improve digital learning resources, enhance facilitator support, and expand access to participants across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. With this support, IHF will reach more youth, equip them to lead with purpose, and strengthen the global impact of the program.

2. Organization Background and Mission

Founded in 2001, IHF is a 501(c)(3) international nonprofit dedicated to educating marginalized children and developing global citizens capable of meaningful leadership. We operate Children’s Homes and educational programs in Indonesia, Kenya, and Thailand through five centers and a global volunteer network. Our pilot Online GLD Program has already trained over 400 youth from over 20 countries, demonstrating high engagement and post-program community action.

Mission:

  • Support children from marginalized communities with education and nurturing resources that fosters community and spreads compassion across humanity.

  • Equip young individuals with skills while exposing them to the realities of underserved communities so they can be driven to initiate change while amplifying the voices of those often unheard.

Vision:

To cultivate global leaders with cross-cultural understanding and the ability to make ethical, impactful decisions that advance human dignity worldwide.

IHF employs 20 full-time staff and operates with volunteers and partners worldwide, consistently delivering programs that have measurable community impact.

3. Problem Statement / Needs

Many young adults in underserved communities lack access to leadership training, mentorship, and practical skills to make meaningful change. Existing programs are limited by geography, financial barriers, and infrastructure constraints. These young people are eager to contribute but often lack guidance and opportunity. Without intervention, this lack of access perpetuates cycles of limited local leadership and siloed solutions to global challenges. The Online GLD Program addresses these gaps by providing accessible leadership education and cross-cultural experiences. The program’s growth has highlighted the need for enhanced digital tools, more trained facilitators, and additional support for participants facing connectivity and financial challenges. Expanding the program ensures that motivated youth worldwide can access high-quality leadership training.

4. Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes

Goal:
