Freedom to Roam: Love Is King's Giving Tuesday

The freedom to roam is a human right. But for too many young people, veterans, and BIPOC communities, the outdoors has never felt open to them. Love Is King exists to change that.

We are a nonprofit working at the intersection of justice, conservation, and storytelling, and our programs do the work on the ground. Operation ROAM brings people into conservation learning alongside Indigenous partners, building the next generation of land stewards. Deployments use fly fishing as medicine, a path from healing, to connection with the land, to advocacy. And our DC Fly-In carries those voices straight to Congress, where decisions about land, water, and wildlife get made.

This Giving Tuesday, December 1, we are raising $30,000 for the next season of Operation ROAM, Deployments, and our DC Fly-In. Your gift puts someone on the land learning and healing with us, in the room growing into a conservation leader, and at the table in Congress where decisions about land, water, and wildlife get made. For too many young people, veterans, and BIPOC communities, those places have never felt like theirs. Your gift changes that.
