FIJI at the University of Arizona needs your help to spread awareness and to raise funds to support FBC's programs and services. Help us create a world where vision loss is a diagnosis, not a disability!

Foundation for Blind Children was founded  in 1952 by a group of parents who did not want to send their children who were blind or visually impaired to the State School for the Blind in Tucson, Arizona.  Through education, tools and services, the Foundation for Blind Children creates opportunity for anyone with vision loss to achieve greater independence. FBC serves the blind and visually impaired of all ages, from birth to currently 103 years old. With three Valley locations (East, West and Central Phoenix), we strive to be "the" community resource for blind, visually impaired, and multi-handicapped children, adults, and their families. We believe that vision loss is a diagnosis, not a disability.

Here is how YOU can help:

Step 1: Share this campaign on social media or email the link directly to friends and family. Let them know why you support FBC and encourage them to share this campaign on their social media or email.

Step 2: Consider a donation. The funds will provide necessary support and services to people with vision loss of all ages. Keep reading to learn more about the impact your donation will make.

The Arizona Charitable Organization Tax Credit makes it easy for you to give to FBC up to $400 individually or $800 jointly. You receive every penny back as a credit!

Your support means everything to the 2,000 lives impacted annually by the Foundation for Blind Children!
