InStill Mindfulness is cultivating a mindful world for all through raising awareness, improving quality of life, and supporting healthier communities by providing mindfulness-based education, resources, and outreach.

We are helping the world become a better place, as we share mindfulness practices with people who may not otherwise have access to them, and give them tools to lead lives more aligned with their values and more in sync with the natural order.
