For over 50 years, Operation Good Cheer has helped provide holiday gifts to foster children across Michigan. We began in 1971 with 66 children and have since expanded to spread good cheer to over 50,000 children through the years. Last year alone, we helped over 6,000 children at 86 agencies.
In 2021, Child and Family Services of Michigan and Child and Family Charities merged, with Child and Family Charities taking over the program Operation Good Cheer. This merge has allowed for additional staffing and support for Operation Good Cheer.
