Every year, Deerfield High School’s student-led charity drive, School Chest, unites the Deerfield community in support of a unique philanthropic cause. We ask you to join us in support of this year’s School Chest Beneficiary, Fill a Heart 4 Kids, proudly selected by the students and faculty of DHS.
Fill a Heart 4 Kids gives homeless and foster children educational support, necessities, and positive experiences to help their heart heal and restore their dignity. There are about 25,000 homeless kids in Illinois that are struggling to survive on a daily basis, and only 600 beds, leaving most of them without shelter at night. We must help these children so that they can achieve Brighter Futures!
