Liz Morgan: HAY There! I’m TONYC’s Director of Training & Pedagogy and I’ve been with this a-MAIZE-ing organization for 8 years. I started as a Joker-in-Training and have been mentored through the years by this ever-evolving community of artists and activists. Learning how to lead, facilitate, create change and participate in collective action has been liberating. We use the metaphor of a tree to describe this unique methodology of making theatre rooted in solidarity building so remember just because the leaves outside are falling, doesn’t mean TONYC doesn’t need nurturing to keep branching out.
