The Environmental Education Association of SC (EEASC) is a nonprofit organization with a leadership role in environmental education in SC. Our mission is to connect, support, and equip South Carolinians to promote environmental stewardship in both formal and informal education settings. EEASC pursues this mission through programs such as SC Green Steps Schools, the Palmetto Environmental Education Certification Program, networking events, regional workshops and field trips, an annual conference, mini-grants, and more.
By supporting EEASC, you are helping to unite, increase, and strengthen the efforts of environmental educators across SC. Funds raised through this campaign will support regional programming, field trips, and professional development opportunities for teachers and environmental education organizations. These initiatives will promote environmental awareness, knowledge, appreciation, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collective action that leads to environmental literacy and stewardship.
