WHY THE YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH PROJECT?

We hear from parents around the country every day, and they are completely overwhelmed. Their children, teens, and young adult children are in crisis - depression, anxiety, substance use, and suicide are all on the rise. The guilt, shame, and pain around parenting a child with mental health challenges has never been more intense.

Supporting parents and caregivers to understand and care for their children's mental health is WHAT WE DO! Our program for families, The Parent Support Network™, gives parents an opportunity to meet other parents who understand and can guide them to resources in a free, safe, and confidential way. Parents discover that they are NOT ALONE and become empowered with the tools they need to help their children.
