We are a group of dedicated Jewish Teens from the Greater Boston area, guided by our values of human dignity (kavod), responsibility (areyvut), and justice (tzedek). We aim to improve the lives of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) veterans through fundraising and allocating grants to nonprofits that provide mental health support.
The values that drive our work:
Human Dignity – Kavod: The belief in the equal and innate worth of every human being is central to many causes that focus on making the world a better place.
Responsibility – Areyvut: Responsibility is the belief that it is OUR problem, that we hold some responsibility for those in need or for making our world better. It is a driving force behind all social change work.
Justice – Tzedek: All philanthropy (and social justice activism) is built on the imperative to build a just world. Justice is the heart of our social system and helps define relationships and all social structures.
