GNDC needs your help in its next project. We are a small community development nonprofit that has been building affordable housing in East Austin for over 40 years. We provide high-quality rental housing and homeownership opportunities to families with generational ties to the neighborhood we serve. 

Our housing program helps families and individuals remain in the neighborhoods where they have lived, worked, and built their communities. This helps keep Austin a racially and economically diverse city while bringing financial stability and economic growth to the families we serve. We are raising funds for Escuela Nueva, a new affordable housing project in the Montopolis Neighborhood.
