Project Read

An estimated 28,698 adults in Utah County, or 8% of the population, are functionally illiterate. This means they cannot read or write well enough to deal with every day tasks. How much would you be willing to give to help someone be able to fill out a job application, read to their child, or understand the instructions on a prescription label?

With your help, Project Read can continue to change lives through literacy by providing one-on-one tutoring services for functionally illiterate adults. Our aim is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build community.
