Rainbow Support Group Sc

The Rainbow Support Group SC began in 2013 in a living room in Greer, SC in response to a gay-bashing incident involving a few Upstate LGBTQI+ youth.  We were all saddened when it came to the lack of support and community resources, which caused us to get in motion to provide these things for the LGBTQI+ community. This group started to make sure all LGBTQI+ people know they have a place to go get support, encouragement, fellowship, and to know they are not alone.

Since that time Rainbow Support Group SC has grown to become a community of 1000s from around the world through the power of the internet.  We meet regularly in Upstate South Carolina to offer support to one another, enjoy the fellowship of kindred spirits, and to enjoy fun & games.

We are honored & consider it our duty to give back to the community at large.  Every year we hold several community service oriented operations to give back through various means.  Whether it is through our emergency clothing closet,  providing meals, care kits, and blankets to the homeless or providing backpacks with school supplies and Christmas presents to families in need.  We consider it a blessing to be able to help our community.
