$800,000 Goal

Since our founding in 1984,  Ride Atlanta, Inc (dba The Reece Center for Handicapped Horsemanship)  has been a 501(c)3, providing equine-assisted therapy for disabled children and adults in the Atlanta area.

We are a PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) member with two PATH certified instructors on staff.  Our instructors are also Special Olympics certified equestrian coaches and we attend the Special Olympics Georgia horse show every year, taking those riders that are interested and qualify.

The Reece Center is 100% volunteer-led.  From the president to our feeders, all serve as unpaid volunteers. All donations and payments from riders go to take care of the horses and property. Also, no rider is ever turned away because they cannot pay. Our goal is to see every rider soar and realize their abilities on the back of a horse!

We'll see you at the barn!
