Sigma Chi Derby Days is a week-long philanthropy event hosted by the brothers of Sigma Chi to raise money and awareness for important causes in our community. The event brings together students and organizations through friendly competitions, fundraising challenges, and community engagement. One of the main causes we support is the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, which funds groundbreaking cancer research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Their mission is to find and develop new treatments and ultimately a cure for cancer while improving the lives of patients and their families. We also support Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, which provides specialized medical care for children across the region. Donations help support lifesaving treatments, family support services, and critical pediatric research that benefits thousands of children each year. Through Derby Days, we aim to make a meaningful impact by raising funds for these incredible organizations while bringing our campus and community together for a great cause.
