Help Me Support The Youth Mental Health Project!

Supporting parents and caregivers whose children are struggling with their mental health is essential, especially now during COVID.

Will you PLEASE donate to help improve the growing mental health crisis of 2020?

I have joined this campaign to help The Youth Mental Health Project grow The Parent Support Network, which provides free support to parents and caregivers whose children are suffering.

If you make a donation to my campaign, YOU will be making a big difference in the lives of families who are struggling with mental health challenges during this extremely stressful time.

WHY NOW?

The Youth Mental Health Project has an opportunity to win a GRANT by participating in A Community Thrives, a grant-making and crowdfunding program from the USA TODAY NETWORK, which includes USA TODAY and Gannett’s hundreds of local media brands. The initiative is part of the Gannett Foundation and supports nonprofit organizations with projects focused on community building.

This Campaign only runs till  Oct. 16, 2020.

WHY THE YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH PROJECT?

The Youth Mental Health Project provides free, direct support to parents and families whose children are struggling with their mental health. The demand for parent support, which is crucial for helping families care for their kids' mental health, has never been higher.

IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19, THEY:

  • have moved to a virtual platform for support meetings
  • have substantially increased the number of support meetings available
  • launched a new webinar series to support parents who are isolated
  • are recruiting and training more volunteers to meet the demand

YOU CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO PARENTS!

No parent should suffer alone and in silence when a child is struggling with his or her mental health.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
