Everyday SpayGeorgia receives at least one call or an email about a found cat or dog...often with a litter of puppies or kittens in tow. Rescuing the furry family is only the first step in what can be a time consuming and expensive labor of love. Vet care is needed, as is food and shelter. Then the expense of spay/neuter to end the cycle of unwanted litters. These unplanned expenses are often not affordable. SpayGeorgia is committed to helping these kind rescuers by providing donated certificates for surgery.  The cycle of litters born into homelessness must end. We cannot do it without your help. We would love to be able to answer every inquiry for help with a loud shout of "Yes! We can help you!"  Will you please help us help them?

SpayGeorgia was founded in 1991 and to date has issued over 111,000 certificates for low cost spay/neuter. In 2019 we have donated 1,078 certificates to individuals needing assistance...and the year isn't over yet! We hope to do many more before December 31st and would love to at least double those numbers in 2020. SpayGeorgia is a local organization run by local folks and helping Georgia pet owners and animal rescuers. Some may even be your neighbors. 100% of donations will be put to issuing donated spay/neuter certificates and all donations will be matched up to $3,000 for the months of November and December. Your donation will be doubled and do twice as much good.
