Changing Tides Rising: Join Us in Making an Impact
This season, Changing Tides Foundation invites you to support our mission to empower women and teen girls through surf, mentorship, and community.
In 2026, we’re more than doubling our impact by expanding our surf mentorship program to reach new communities across San Diego, bringing the same empowering experience to even more girls.
Your donation helps us open more doors for girls to access the ocean and the outdoors, connect with mentors who believe in them, and discover new confidence.

✨ Sponsor a girl for a single-day clinic – $150
🌺 Sponsor a girl for one week of our 7-week program – $70
💙 Sponsor a girl for the full 7-week program – $450
🌊 Sponsor a multi-week program for 10 girls – $4,950
