Much Love for HDV

I moved to Riverside County in November 2020. In exploring my new neighborhood, I found Huerta del Valle. It was the first place I felt peace. Their 3 community gardens (San Bernardino, Jurupa Valley, and Ontario) all bring a sense of calm in this urban desert. I hope to raise money for Huerta del Valle so that they may continue their efforts that I have directly benefited from. They grow a variety of organic produce that they both sell affordably and give back to their community. They also provide CSA subscriptions, nutrition classes, community/holiday events, farmer trainings, and so much more.

One day, I hope to have a plot at the Jurupa Valley garden so I can learn and share with my babies the blessing of being able to grow and nurture the food that then nurtures us.
