For over 30 years, the museum has served as a welcoming space where neighbors, visitors, and students connect with the people, places, and traditions that shaped our town. From pioneer artifacts and community-donated photographs to the Touring Coach of the Cozad Ambassadors, every exhibit reflects the generosity and pride of those who call Cozad home.
This summer, we hosted the powerful Tomb of the Unknown Soldier display and welcomed over 50 guests to a patriotic performance by the Sweet Adelines during Bands, Brews & BBQs. These free events are part of our ongoing commitment to education, remembrance, and community engagement.
We’re always working to improve—adding new displays, updating labels with historical context, and curating experiences that spark curiosity and pride. But we can’t do it alone.
