I’ve always wanted to be more philanthropic, mostly donating money as opportunities arose. This year I am taking action and combining my love of Starklife, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle and achieve a big philanthropic goal. While Stark Naked is a competition challenging me to follow the Stark program precisely and raise money for Helen Keller Intl, the true champions are the donors. 

Your donation will help Helen Keller Intl to fulfill its mission of delivering essential building blocks of good health, sound nutrition and clear vision. They help millions of people create lasting change in their own lives. More than a billion people worldwide do not have access to essential nutrition and healthcare, and malnutrition has grown to become the most significant cause of child death. 

Helen Keller Intl serves 20+ countries, including the United States (California, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Texas). In 2022, they were able to:  

• Screen for, diagnose, treat, and prevent malnutrition.
• Deliver vitamin A and other vital nutrients to young children to prevent disease, strengthen their immune systems, and protect their vision. 
• Provide tools and best practices to families to grow and sell healthy vegetables and other nutrient-rich foods.
• Advocate for nutrition policies that stop corporations from making false claims to vulnerable families about the nutritional content of breastmilk substitutes.
