The ESF Dream Camp Foundation is doing all we can to ensure our families have the necessary supplies to stay positive, healthy, and safe during these uncertain times! In addition to sending educational and recreational activities virtually, our team is partnering up with world-class Chef Frankie Celenza and healthy food purveyor Carlino's Market, to provide ingredients, recipes, and demonstration videos to nourish, support and connect with our Dream Camp families during this difficult time of social distancing. 

Chef Frankie is a nationally recognized chef, an Emmy award winning tastemaker and the host of a cooking show on Tastemade.com. He is dedicated to inspiring home-cooked meals allowing individuals and families to get comfortable in the kitchen, learn food preparation and cooking skills, and experiment with new flavors and cuisines.

Carlino’s Specialty Foods, a gourmet grocery store and caterer in the Philadelphia, PA area is creating weekly Dream Meals ingredient bags which include all the spices, proteins and vegetables needed to create five different delicious meals for the week. The "care packages" include labeled ingredients along with a print-out of the recipes. Emails are sent to our families with links to Chef Frankie's videos which teach and demonstrate how to cook each recipe with the ingredients that have been delivered. Example recipes have included Bok Choi Salad with Crispy Ramen and Rice, and Chilaquiles with Black Beans.

We have identified families that are in “critical need” of food immediately and we are looking to provide them with DELICIOUS - NUTRITIOUS and HEALTHY MEALS. With your help, we can continue to provide these amazing dinners to Dream Camp families in need.
