A Decade of Dignitas

In Kenya’s capital of Nairobi, nearly 63% of students live in marginalized communities with minimal access to government schools. These communities have established community schools where potential abounds but resources are scarce. 

At Dignitas, we empower educators to transform these schools through leadership training, instructional coaching and infrastructure support. To date, we have :

• Trained 613 school leaders
• Partnered with 71 schools
• Impacted over 23,000 students
• Worked in 10 communities
