We are THREE DAYS away from our 4th Annual Illuminate Our Pride and Mental Health street festival, where the dunkening will hopefully take place. But I still need to reach my goal! Hello! My name is Jess (he/him) and I am a Community Outreach Educator at Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission. I am also your current Mztr. Gay Central Valley! I am helping to raise $3,000 for our LGBTQ+ Resource Center's Trans Medical Needs Fund. If I reach my goal, then I will be be added to our list of dunkees at our 4th Annual Illuminate Our Pride and Mental Health festival, Saturday June 24th.
It would mean a lot to me if you made a donation, because as a queer trans man living in Fresno, I know how hard it is to find compassionate and competent medical care, much less pay for it! Since we started this fund in 2021, I have seen countless lives improved and spirits lifted knowing that their goals for transition were that much more accessible. You can make that same impact with a donation of $10 or more!
Give OUT Day is a month-long fundraising campaign culminating on June 28, the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ community. Donations during all of Pride Month count toward my goal. But the fun part will be watching me and other EOC Staff get DUNKED, so donate today and join us on the 24th!
