Hayley Kost - Junior

I love crew because it has given me the friends I have now and a reason to get out of bed. Participating in this sport has made me realize what an actual team sport is and working with those people to move forward. In pervious sports I’ve played the people I have been on a team with made me feel insecure about my ability but with crew I have never feel like I was less than the others.  The coaches are also the best I have and they make me feel seen when I ask them how to improve and encourage me to do better when they know I am capable of it.
