Employment discrimination is finally illegal once and for all! But, the fight for LGBTQ and racial justice continues.

I'm proud to work at Equality Federation because we're committed to making sure that everyone in the LGBTQ community can experience equality and justice not just under the law, but in their daily lives.

• win full non-discrimination protections in housing, public spaces, education, credit and more,
• turn out LGBTQ voters in November,
• fight legislative attacks on our community like HIV criminalization and bans on recommended medical care for trans youth,
• build state organizations' capacity on racial equity, and
• develop leaders—particularly transgender folks and people of color—who will take this movement forward for years to come.
