BOSS is an incredible organization that offers a hands on approach and direct impact to mentor and support economically disadvantaged and BIPOC students in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. BOSS offers weekly academic tutoring programs in addition to weekend programming directed towards career mentorship and development.
