Jessica Ho's Fundraiser for NEMS

Hi, friend -

In this time of uncertainty, there's a fundamental truth that gives us hope: that together we can do extraordinary things. Over the past year, the entire world has been coming together to stand up, help out, give back, and heal. 

During the month of May, North East Medical Services (NEMS) is participating in Give In May, a national campaign to support organizations serving the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community during Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Funds raised will support NEMS COVID-19 response efforts and help commemorate 50 years of service to our community. In addition, we hope to win one of the cash prizes for most dollars raised or most unique donors.

Every day, NEMS works to provide comprehensive, culturally competent, linguistically appropriate, quality primary health care services to the medically underserved and vulnerable Asian populations in the SF Bay Area. This has been especially true during COVID-19. 

But we can’t do this without you. Not only do we need your support, we also need your help to spread the word. Please tell your friends and family why you believe in our work and encourage them to support us too.  You can also help by spreading the word to your friends and family or sharing on social media using the hashtag #GiveInMay.
