Lotem Efrat - Team Israel

Playing for Israel means a lot to me. I feel very honored to represent my country, where I was born, grew up, and where my family and friends live.

It is also a great opportunity to meet new people from across the US and Israel and play the sport I love at a world class level!

I was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. Both of my parents were born in Israel as well, and we speak Hebrew at home. Currently, I live in California but I still have a strong connection to Israel through my family and friends there. In school, I am also going to the Jewish Club, which is a fun part of my week. I'm also a counselor in Tzofim (Israeli scouts) and participate in the IAC Eitanim program.
