Mandy's Turning Dreams into Possibilities at SWC

 

As the Asst Director of Residential Support at Southwest Center for the Developmentally Disabled, I’ve seen firsthand how Give for Good Louisville funds empower people to take control of their futures. With the right support, they achieve their dreams—taking a first vacation, living independently, securing a job that brings pride and joy, or navigating life with confidence while building lasting friendships. These aren’t just milestones—they’re powerful steps toward self-determination, dignity, and opportunity. As The Center for Possibilities, SWC provides the tools, and our community provides the support, to make it all possible. I believe in SWC because I’ve witnessed lives transformed through empowerment—and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this year.
