In 1954 our parish put up a statue of Our Lady of Grace as one of the first signs that our community had come to our home. Earlier this year, we refurbished that original 65 year old statue and moved it to the church to ensure that Our Blessed Mother's image remains with us for generations to come.
On October 19, 2019, we will celebrate the 65th anniversary of the first mass celebrated in the Parish Life and Education Center. At that time, we will put up a new statue of Our Lady of Grace in the circle where the original stood for six decades.
Help us raise $25,000 to not only pay for the new statue but to upgrade the entire shrine area with a walking path, a lighted stone representation of the rosary, a new pedestal for Mary and areas for flower, new benches and kneelers, and upgraded landscaping.
Our goal is to construct the new shrine and bless the new statue on October 19th and then having the new landscaping ready to bloom next spring!
