Music in the Parks

Music in the Parks is a music venue where our Orchestra and Concert band have the opportunity to perform their musical selections while being judged using a State/National level rubric. In addition the students will be watching other bands from around the state perform their pieces. Afterwards, the students will have the opportunity to go to Great America Park to celebrate. At 6:30 pm they will attend an awards ceremony in the park where they will find out their standing compared to the other bands and orchestras around the state.

We are asking for your support in the form of a donation to help cover the costs of travel, registration fees, and food. Your generous contributions will directly support these hardworking students and give them the opportunity to take their skills to the next level.

The cost of this trip is around $125 per student. We are hoping to raise $6677, enough money to send all 54 of our music students to Music in the Parks.
