When funding falls short, survivors need us more than ever. Help deliver justice today.

When a victim of violent crime seeks justice, timing matters. Support matters. And right now, funding matters more than ever.

Across New Jersey, survivors of homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, stalking, and human trafficking turn to the New Jersey Crime Victims’ Law Center (NJCVLC) for help navigating an overwhelming and often retraumatizing legal system. Yet, as government grants are reduced and public funding becomes increasingly uncertain, the demand for NJCVLC’s life-changing legal advocacy continues to grow.

Since 1992, NJCVLC has provided free, trauma-informed legal advocacy and representation to crime victims across all 21 counties of New Jersey. Our attorneys and advocates ensure that survivors’ state and federal rights are protected and enforced, offering representation, guidance, and a powerful voice at every stage of the justice process — at no cost to the victim.

We believe justice should not depend on a survivor’s income, background, or ability to navigate the legal system alone. NJCVLC exists to ensure that every victim is treated with dignity, compassion, and fairness — and that their rights are never overlooked.

Your donation today helps bridge a critical funding gap and ensures that survivors are not turned away when they need us most. With your support, NJCVLC can:

  • Provide pro bono legal representation to victims of violent crime

  • Enforce and protect victims’ civil rights

  • Advocate for survivors in court and throughout the criminal justice process

  • Expand access to justice at a time when public resources are shrinking

When government funding falls short, donors like you make justice possible.
Stand with survivors. Give today — and help ensure every victim has a voice.
