#GivingTuesday 2019 - Casita Copan

Family is at the heart of everything that we do at Casita Copan and our happy family is constantly growing in every way that you can think of. Please help all of our kids to keep growing by inviting others to join in supporting us this Giving Tuesday.

As many of you know, the number of kids that we have living in our Casita foster homes grew last year with the opening of our fourth family home. Thanks to the healthy and nutritious food that we are able to provide in the Casitas as well as in our children’s center, all of our kids are growing bigger and stronger every single day. Really, you should see how much they eat!

In addition to those tasty meals, we continue to provide much-needed medical care for all of our kids and moms. Our educational programs give our kids access to a wide-variety of stimuli, whether they come from our own tutors, from specially-invited experts, or as of more recently, from our oldest Casita kids, which we’re particularly proud of.

We offer psychological services for all of our kids and we’re very happy to have seen the impact that we are having in the community grow further this year with the introduction of our special education program. Through this new program, we have been able to provide 30 local kids that are not part of our other programs with the environment and attention they need.
