KITCHEN TABLE ADVISORS (KTA) provides direct support to over 60 farms and ranches, to fuel the long-term success of these businesses and the wellbeing of the families they sustain. Our core advising program focuses on personalized, in-depth business advising that spans at least three years to ensure our clients can develop the skills and build the networks needed to nurture their business well into the future. We work with a diverse group of producers - over 86% of the farms and ranches we serve are owned or co-owned by women and people from communities of color.
