Wine fundraiser for Giving Tuesday

Since moving to Atlanta in March and working at the Tommy Nobis Center headquarters, I have been able to personally witness the tremendous impact The Academy and E.Y.E.S. (Early Youth Employment Services) program have on young people with disabilities in the Atlanta area. I have had the privilege of being a guest speaker for our Academy and E.Y.E.S. programs. 

The Academy provides life-changing programs for young people with disabilities in the Atlanta area offered through Tommy Nobis Center that graduates are guaranteed a job upon completion. It was launched last year largely due to your generous donations last year. We have completed the inaugural class of 15 students who are currently in the internship phase of the program which will lead to their employment at local businesses aligned with their professional interests. The second class of 15 students began last week.

Both of these programs are particularly near and dear to me because they empower young people with disabilities training & development to be competitive in today's employment market, thus facilitating their independence. It would mean so much if you would partner with me to make a positive impact on their lives.
