12,000 Pushups to try to help The Priority Center give every child in Orange County a bright future!

$16,090

raised by 54 people

$12,000 goal

The Priority Center is Orange County's largest nonprofit dedicated primarily to the prevention of child abuse. TPC provides outreach, prevention, and intervention services to vulnerable families in our community. The center’s goal is to support families in crisis in order to foster resilience and end the generational cycle of trauma. Each year, TPC serves over 5,700 underserved children and their families. TPC also meets the needs of the community at large by organizing outreach and educational events that reach over 23,000 children and families annually.

Though most of the normal fund raisers have been cancelled, The Priority Center's critical need for funds has not.  This year my Hughes Marino partner Alex Musetti & I are each committing to do 12,000 Push Ups in 60 days to raise needed funds to help give every child in Orange County a bright future and a great start in life. Every child deserves a safe and nurturing home free from abuse, neglect, and instability to help it reach their greatest potential.

I am pushing up & forward for Andre, a single father who lived in his car with his 5-year-old twin girls until our programs intervened. I am pushing up & forward for Paloma, a single mom at UCI with a baby, a full-time job, and a full time student status who is overwhelmed by the curve balls life has thrown her. I am trying to make a difference in their lives.

I Invite you to join the fight against child abuse, neglect and instability!
