ARTxFM's NEXT WAVE: TEEN RADIO ACADEMY is a summer learning adventure that provides Louisville area high school students with the skills they need to become professional broadcasters. At the Academy, student DJs get hands-on experience with the ART FM studio equipment and obtain the FCC training required for FM Broadcasting nationwide.
Every student who wishes to attend the Next Wave Academy should be able to do so, regardless of their financial background.
All donations made through this page will go to the 2025 Next Wave Scholarship Fund.
Every $150 dollars will provide a full scholarship to a local high school student for an entire week of learning at the WXOX broadcast studio.
