Help us care for Community Cats in need!

$300 goal

I've worked at the Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA for 3 years now. In that time, I've seen a lot of cats come and go. It's always the community cats that have the hardest time adjusting to shelter life.

Community cats are unowned cats who live outdoors. These cats are members of our community and live full, contented lives in their outdoor homes. They are generally not socialized or friendly toward people, but enjoy the company of other felines. This means they are not adoptable and don't belong in shelters.

The SPCA wants to help these cats get the care that they need to be able to remain in their supportive, outdoor environments. With our Community Cat Fund, these felines can receive necessary vaccines and essential spay/neuter surgery to reduce the overpopulation of felines in our area. Please consider donating today to help the SPCA save more Community Cats!
